Our main trainer Kate Betts works at a national level in crisis communications, working with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, where she designs and runs courses on crisis communications, and formerly with the Cabinet Office's Emergency Planning College.

If you want to test your crisis planning, we work with crisis management experts Controlled Events to run exercises testing all aspects of crisis handling. Our capabilities include resilience and crisis readiness testing, and social media simulation, making our exercising realistic and thorough.
